its my first batch of munich lager from the copper tun kit using the kit yeast that came with the can.
i started the fermentation the past saturday, by sunday night until monday morning it was bubbeling non stop through the airlock.
i dont see any bubeling anymore, is it done? could there be something wrong?
i also forgot to take a reading with the hydro meter when i started, and in the instructions it says i must take a reading, how do you do that, must i open the tin, cus its on the floor so cant use the tap and dont want to disturb the setup by picking it up
the instructions said it must be fermented for 5 to 7 days
