Recently got this from a member on the forum. I will be picking up the thermostat today and for the time being get a ballvalve from the local plumbing shop.

Not much bling here. Kettle 60l hlt\mashtun 80l, both as but kettle was sandblasted to get dump site crap off. Now I give it a citric1173 acid bath once a while. If I don't mas full volume I swap the two vessels, the square tubing stand on the plywood box under the kettle helps to still gravity feed with the taller one at the bottom. I use a bag in the tun and a SS pipe in the roof acts as Lilly to hoist the bag out. Recently I found better efficiency if I sparge so now I use the smaller on kettle as tun and sparge with an EMMER - aka a plastic bucket. Sparging and the bigger kettle at the bottom also increase batch size, from 45l finished beer to 60 l.1173

Crap the pictures are always sideways..... and I don't brew like that!!!!!!!
