    kveik for distilling

Has anyone used kveik to ferment the base for rum/brandy/whiskey/mampoer?

Yep, made all grain whiskey and bourbon with Voss, also a rum wash. For sugarwashes I dont bother with kveik, it's no faster. Dont drink brandy, should work for fruit wash/ mampoer. Don't forget the nutrients

For standard sugar washes just use turbo yeast. Kveik will work for lighter fruits and grains.

Check out birdwatchers or tpw, cleaner than turbo but do carbo filter your diluted neutral
