Looks good. I highly recommend biscuit if you can get it, personally it has a very distinctive plum/stonefruit taste that I have not tasted with...

You're right.. And I've already setup my equipment profile to compensate for that. You can see it's been a while since I've programmed in a recipe ...

If you are boiling for 90mins - then why add SGoldings @40min - when the original recipe calls for 60min? The orig recipe also wants 30odd IBUs -...

Oh right, I've got a nylon bag so don't have that issue. I like the slimy mess when I give it a squeeze, tastes creamy..

It's the same as with Rye malt ... i makes a slimy mess at the bottom of the bag, so when you pull the bag to drain, it takes forever as the liquid...

You can make an excellent Pale Ale with the Citra and Sabro...

I must say, I'm *slightly* nervous for the amount of wheat in there as I also BIAB, but I'm seeing it as a trial by fire. Fingers crossed!!

I agree, I have moved over to 30 min boils and almost exclusively use Magnum for bittering at 30 mins.

Depends on if they yeast or bugs are aggressive strains or not. It's best to always stabilize, IMO. If not with chems, with heat and time...

I also want to give this a go again, but want to cut the wheat to max 1KG as it's a real PITA to use that much with BIAB. Will not be to style...
