Awesome! Then I can start the process to upsize my brewing and explain why I have a still (other than the obvious reasons)

I was too. Took me 3 years to find one. If I see one again, I'll let you know.

Sure, I used a copper geyser for 2 years, many a good brew was produced, well I thought so!!
I spent 90% of my money on brewing and drinking beer and the other 10% I wasted

Any tips on a decent burner? I doubt my small one will be able to bring 40l to a rolling boil

I installed a 4 KW geyser element. I got the fitting from Tecron in Epping.

Now you only need a worm condenser a brown bread to seal the lid and 30 l of off beer to make 3 +- 3 liters of 51%....

Brown bread rather than flour paste?

Flour works but if it falls in the boiler it sinks and can burn. Brownbread does not sink and dispears in the boil. I find brownbread better.

Will use it next time I'm distilling

A one or two ring burner will be fine. You might need to upgrade your regulator. I have a "red devil" regulator.

The burner you can get at gas appliances shops or BUCO.
