        Hi JIGSAW

Yes this is advertised on gumtree aswell.

I build it for myself and rumors spread and ended up building this more than making beer . It is a very nice simple system with all the benefits of expensive HERMS systems. So please spread the word if you know of someone whom is looking for something.
        Cheers

          Hi Bigfoot,

Excuse my ignorance but how do you get 46l batches out of a 50 litre keg? I get 24 litres max, after boil evaporation, shrinkage, trub loss etc. Are you using two kegs as kettles?

46 liters into fermenter if you push it.

Sparge until Boil kettle is full leave room for boil overs ( plus minus 46 Liters )
After boil topup to 46 again.
You can also use beersmith or brewtarget to modify your recipe to accommodate for topup volumes( i use brewtarget). So you make your mash more consentrated and top up after boil. I easily make ipa`s at OG 1.060 with about 6 liters of topup water.
