I have read Palmer's "How to brew" and also listened to an Audible book "Short course in beer" by Lynn Hoffman.
Any other good reads on brewing that you can suggest? Not really interested in recipes for now, but maybe good reference material. Or maybe good autobiographies
    Cheers

"How to Brew" is a great beginners book and I would recommend that everyone should read it. Far better than Papazian's "The Complete Joy of Homebrewing" which is out of date.

Other books I have which I really enjoy:
Ray Daniels - Designing Great Beers: The Ultimate Guide to Brewing Classic Beer Styles (good reference manual on styles and ingredient stats).
Stan Hieronymus - Brew Like a Monk: Trappist, Abbey, and Strong Belgian Ales and How to Brew Them (great read).
Jamil & John - Brewing Classic Styles: 80 Winning Recipes Anyone Can Brew (mostly award winning recipes).
"I’m Allergic to grass. Hey, it could be worse. I could be allergic to beer." – Greg Norman
