Milton as a no rinse sanitizer

As per the title, would you use it? If you can't get your hands on the proper stuff would it be safe to use?

You cant treat any Sodium Hypochlorite solution as no-rinse IMO. Same as bleach.

I use Milton to sterilise all my bottles, but I also give them a manual rinse afterward and then toss them in the dishwasher as an extra step.
