Do you make (brew?) your own on first principles, or do you mix ingredients? Maybe some more info on your process please....

I don't distill (yet) so i buy from local guy who distills wine up to about 185 proof.

Then this gets used to steep the limes, lemons and naatjies which I grow. The rest is just sugar and water :)
