Hi all,
I want to brew a Belgian Wit and many recipes suggest using flaked/rolled wheat. I have been struggling to find any in CT at a reasonable price. Komati foods in Observatory has organic rolled wheat for R46 a kilo, which is pretty pricey when it's meant to be close to half of the grain bill.
Any other ideas? I see it in lots of mixed muesli's and cereals so it can't be that rare.
