I'd love to admit to this being mine, but is in fact a silent members brew. Bloody good stuff

          My Weiss beer!

I really need to get my dispensing system assembled and calibrated! The Picnic tap is ruining beer!

Arguably one of my best beers, my Chestnut Imperial not-so-Pale Ale...

In amongst the chaos that is my workbench.. note copper for chillers and the temp controller box in the background

And almost definitely for my taste my best so far, may I present the Black Scapular Dubbel, used Jamil's recipe as a starting point.

Blue berry Weiss. very fruity! head almost non existent when pouring. seems more like a soda than a beer. not my favourite but the women enjoy it.

                              Refering to post from MongooseMan.

Better than my Weiss, dumped it because the samples had a sour taste. Bought a Weiss the other day and it seems to be a little sour. How was yours?
