Pineapple/mint cider.
I chopped up 2 pineapples and 1 pack of mint. I let this steep in warm water for a couple of minutes. Then i took the liquid and some juicy bits of fruit and topped it up with 2.5L pineapple liquifruit. Oh also half a cup of white sugar, boiled.
I added generic ale yeast, and not lalvin like i normally would use for a project like this.

I got the idea from a jamie oliver desert/snak thing. Crushed mint with sugar, over slices of pineapple. Tastes phenomenal, so why not turn it into a beer.
