Looks like an interesting pump, will be interested to see what feedback you get. Are you sourcing it locally or imported?
I can get them locally they have SA agents and spares. They are around R4000
They sell it as a beer pump used in the brewing industry
Make is Rover Italian I think.
Sorry for resurrecting this thread. Know there are quite a few other threads here discussing brew pump options, but felt this one got closest to solving my predicament.
Problem is that they are extremely unreliable and randomly stops working during the process - specificly on the mash/ wort side. Hot water side seems to be OK. And flow is also not really that great, but guess that was to be expected.
I need to replace these pumps, but my control box (which I just finished) is wired to accept and switch 12v for the pumps. Are the other 12v pumps mentioned in this thread any good? Or can someone point me to one that is worth spending money on (not too much thought)? Or am I just putting of the inevitable and should I rather change to an AC pump (see many threads regarding good dishwasher pumps)?
They work OK, but I wouldn't say they are great. Flow rate is sufficient for my 50L system, but they can get clogged up with hops if I'm not careful. I also had one burn out after about 18 months of use.

Thanks. Think mine lasted 6 months - so already sounds a bit better. I also have a 50l system so can probably still get away with lower flow. And was thinking of maybe adding a strainer upstream to keep grain/hops out?
I see these guys seem to have a slightly stronger (15W) version of your pump.

Go ac and get yourself those universal dishwasher pumps i mention earlier in this topic.
They sell around R 350 at Tecsa. Part no E117M
Mine is 7 years old and not one problem.

Thanks Bigfoot. Must say I am kind of seriously consider the diswasher pump option. Read another topic about similar looking pump than yours (B111-P). Guess they all more or less the same?
Can you tell me the rating of your pump? Just trying to determine how much rework I will need to do on my control box.

They run off normal ac just hook up and plug in.
Flow rate is same as march and chugger pumps at 28 liters per minute.
Go look at the for sale section at my 50 liter herms system to see how i hooked them up , with a normal light switch.
