    I've had it at 17-18 degrees, which made 1 bubble every 5 secs. I've lifted it to range between 18 and 19, now its 1 bubble every 2 secs. Think I'm gonna leave it here for 2 weeks then test. will peek every day just to make sure it is doing it's thing and not blowing out. But think I've managed to start the beer good this round.
    next up: either a porter/stout/Irish cream red
