dunno. what defines a particular style really? the grains? the yeast? the hops? i brewed up an ale with all the leftover grains and hops i had in the fridge. flaked barley, aromatic, special b, and some pale grains with magnum, citra and northern brewer hops. fermented with some or other chico strain.Originally posted by pretorjn View PostComment
