^ Why not just cold crash both in the keg and dump the first glass from tap.

I want to avoid too much crap in the keg, to be honest. There's quite a bit of hops in the fermenter due to the hops being added post-boil into the no-chill cubes, so I want to avoid that in the kegs if I can. I don't want to clean out taps and posts for days in a month's time.
I can easily to a crash on one day, keg it, and then crash the next one the next day. Both kegs will then sit in the fridge at the same temp after the fact. Shouldn't take more than two or three days in total, depending on how much time I can scrape together.

Also would pilsener be a good option to use as base for most ale styles? Im thinking 25kg pilsener and a handful of others.

I purchased mine at BrewCraft a few years ago. I do not see any on there web site. https://www.brewcraft.co.za/
However I have before purchased equiment that was not listed on there site. Mybe phone them. Tel: 011 397 7679
Traditionally Pilsner is mostly used for lagers and Belgain style beers.
However I have succesfully used in ales, it depends what flavour profile you are looking for.Everyone must beleive in something, I beleive I'll have another beer

The mill costs $50 and shipment is $62. Plus 75% of this in taxes once it lands.

There were some bargains on those mills for Black Friday in 2020, Benoni brew sold them for R350 a pop.

I brew for myself and not competitions, so im fine with the choice. I mostly add a little Aromatic Malt to the Pilsner when doing Ales.
