Bottled it last night after 2 weeks in the fermenter. Final stint was 2 days at 20C.
Completely forgot to measure gravity but I'm sure it'll be fine. :crosses_fingers:

I dont sparge so ive never paid atention to the grain water ratio but yours is probably ok, maybe someone will know
13l of water to 4kg of grain. Thing your suposed to aim at 2.6 like i say i dont know.
Boiling for 60min is not my jam 30min max. (
See what i did there min max, lol )
I dont remember oslow going below 1010 but i didnt record properly.
O and a 5c drop in temp from adding grain seems high, is that measured?

                      The rest looks good.

                          Thanks Jannie.

Yeah the strike temp needs to be a bit higher - I got one of those round Igloo Coolerboxes and it soaks some temp initially.
Thanks for spotting the mash, for some reason I had manually entered 3L/pkg. The Brewfather default is 2.7 - will be going with that.
I've got the Oslo entered at 80% attenuation, which is midway for the 78-82% listed on LC's site. Will have to wait and see what i get as its the first time i'm using it but will still be happy if it ends a bit higher.

Milled my grains for the first time as well for this brew, so I really hope I can hit or beat my estimated efficiency with this one.
I got 79% eff on my last brew but with store milled grain, so lowered it a bit for this time just in case.

Oh, and the boil time is 35 min. The 5min extra is just in case :P

John Palmer's How to Brew explains the grist ratios in the below link.
                              http://howtobrew.com/book/section-3/...onversion-rest
                              1.5quarts / pound = approx 3L/kg.

My 50litre Coleman coler box mashtun steals 5-6°C in winter and 3°C in summer. My grain is fairly consistent at 3-4°C
