Not in the least! These do not get back-sweetened, so they are a balanced sour with good funk.

yep we buy from Makro when we see they have a batch come in.

Much better quality than most ZA "craft" beers as you mention. (we can have a debate about craft: redrock, CBC, etc are NOT craft brewers).

a craft beer is small batch, best ingredients, non-commercial recipe

not cheapest ingredients, commercial recipe, 10,000L batch

To me a craft brewer will dump a bad batch of beer.

A non-craft brewer will sell that bad batch and say : "It's supposed to taste like that" when you spit it out.
