Mmm, you could be right this is RO water though.

Used the match water profile for Murphy's bitters and pales. Was delicious beer still

That makes sense then ... I don't use theirs ... it always looks way off. My last brew was a Lager and the Murthy's additions didn't make sense, even from what I Googled.

Im going to completely delete that from BeerSmith.

I did a Marzen while back with S23 yeast - on the yeast cake from the CL.
My brew came out too creamy for a lager style .. almost an ale style .. but with lager tendencies.. an ale with a lager crisp.

Would like to try same recipe with the w34/70.
