What size camlock fittings and tubing are being used by everyone? This is for transfer between the brewing tanks as well as the wort chiller. Also, must the tubing be silicone or can I use the tubing used in fish aquariums?
Will you post some details/prices, will be interested to compare. I was looking at cam-lock setup for the grainfather, but not sure whether to just buy a kit made up or try do it myself.

Sure, will do.
I sent them a mail asking about sizes and pricing so will let you know what they say.
So, I did my GF conversion without a compression fitting. I left the swivel nut on there and bought a spare spring valve. Converts the swivel nut thing (ACME20 thread) to 3/8" BSP. https://shop.grainfather.com/check-valve.html
If you do want a compression fitting FluidCo gave me a price of about R280. (You can look up the parker part number and they will order it in).

Would you mind providing a parts list of what you used? I have no clue what half of these things are called
